本文通过分析中国对哈萨克斯坦直接投资的规模和结构认为，中国对哈萨克斯坦直接投资的规模在波动中稳步提高、投资行业结构有所改善，但仍存在投资领域过度集中、投资主体构成不尽合理等问题，并且面临哈萨克斯坦“新殖民主义”思想蔓延、营商环境不佳的挑战。为此，建议扩大对哈萨克斯坦非资源领域的投资，多层面沟通以改善国家和企业投资形象，利用国际和区域经贸合作机制促进哈萨克斯坦投资环境的改善，加快建设境外产业园区等，促进中国对哈萨克斯坦的直接投资。

英文摘要：

This paper analyzes the scale and structure of China＇ s OFDI in Kazakhatan. The study shows that the investment scale has steadily increased, and the investment structure has improved. But China＇ s OFDI in Kazakhstan face some problems and challenges ,including investment fields are relative concentrated and investment body are not reasonable, and ＂the new colonial-ism＂ thought spread in Kazakhstan, and poor business environment. The findings suggest policy recommendations for government and enterprises that they should expand the investment in non resource sectors, and revise the national and enterprise image, and urge the improvement of the investment environment through multilateral or regional economic integration mechanism, and speed up the construction of industry parks in Kazakhstan.
