可展天线臂与卫星间耦合振动特性研究

空间大型可展天线与卫星平台之间借助可展天线臂相连,故天线臂与卫星间的耦合振动特性直接影响天线的指向精度和工作稳定性。依据天线臂和卫星之间连接方式,采用假设模态法描述天线臂各连杆的弹性变形,将耦合振动位移、天线臂转动副角,以及天线臂的模态坐标作为系统广义自由度,利用非保守系统的啪ge方程,建立了天线臂与卫星间的耦合振动微分方程,采用吉尔(Gear)法进行了数值求解。针对天线臂展开,天线展开,以及卫星调姿3种情况,计算了天线臂与卫星间的耦合振动的相应时间历程,并分析了天线臂与卫星的连接刚度、天线臂刚度等对耦合振动的影响规律,得出合理的结构参数可以有效抑制天线臂与卫星间的耦合振动峰值。

英文摘要:

Antenna mast and satellite coupled vibration directly influences the pointing accuracy and stability of the antenna, since large space deployable antenna is connected to the satellite by the deployable antenna mast. According to the connection between the antenna mast and satellite, the flexibility of each flexible link of the antenna mast is described by using assumed modes method. Based on Lagrange's equations for nonconservative systems and treating the coupled vibration displacement, the revolute joint angle of the antenna mast, the mode coordinate of the antenna mast as generalized freedom, the differential equations of deployable antenna mast and sateUite coupled vibration were Obtained. The time history of antenna mast and satellite coupled vibration is calculated for the three cases: antenna mast deploying, antenna deploying and satellite attitude-adjusting. The influence of the connecting stiffness between the antenna mast and satellite and the stiff ess of flexible links of the antenna mast on the coupled vibration were discussed. Finally, we draw the conclusion that selecting appropriate structure parameters can effectively reduce the coupled vibration.
