消渴是以多饮、多食、多尿,或伴有体重减轻,甚至消瘦为主要临床表现的一种病证,相当于西医学中的糖尿病、尿崩症等具有消渴临床特征者,目前已严重危害到人类健康。通过提炼张仲景在《伤寒论》《金匮要略》中对消渴病辨治的阐述,为消渴病的防治提供有效借鉴及新的思路。
英文摘要：
Xiaoke disease as a major clinical manifestation of a disease on polydipsia,hyperphagia,polyuria,or associated with weight loss,even wasting,which is the equal diabetes and diabetes insipidus in western Medicine. Currently,it has become a common disease with global prevalence and has caused serious harm to the human health. The author analysis ZHANG Zhong- jing ’s thought through refining the treatment of diabetes in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Golden Chamber Synopsis,in order to provide effective reference and new ideas for the prevention and treatment of diabetes.
