研究了光照对沙葱种子萌发及抗氧化代谢的影响,结果表明,12h光照和24h光照下的沙葱种子发芽率仅为对照的20.8%和8.8%,表明沙葱存在光休眠现象,为需暗种子;在12h和24h光照处理下,催芽前期SOD、POD活性及Vc含量水平较高,MDA和CAT含量低于0h;而在种子萌发后期,SOD、POD活性降低,MDA和CAT含量升高,说明在光胁迫下,沙葱种子萌发后期的膜脂过氧化作用增强。
Study on the effect of light on Germination and antioxidant metabolism of Allium mongolicure seed.The results showed that 12 h and 24 h light seed germination rate of Allium mongolicum were 20.8% and 8.8%, showed that the Alliurn mongolicum seed for dark seed,and exist light dormancy phenomenon; in the 12 h and 24 h light treatment, germination of early SOD and POD activity and Vc content in high level,MDA and CAT was lower than that of control,and in late SOD, seed germination decreased, the activity of POD, MDA and CAT content in light stress,membrane lipid peroxidation of Allium mongolicurn seed increase, this illustrates that germination stage enhanced.
