针对文山地区沉积型铝土矿的特点,依据有色金属行业标准,采用熔片制样方法,用x荧光光谱法测定铝土矿中10种组分。通过对熔剂使用量的选择,用基体效应校正,用散射线作内标和经验系数法校正,寻找准确测定A1203、Si02、Fe203、Ti02等组分的最佳实验条件,使测定各组分结果的准确度达到质量管理规范要求;其次,通过湿存水含量对测定结果进行校正,简化分析过程,满足了地质找矿快速评价资源储量需要。
Based on non-ferrous metallurgy analytical standard of China, X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was employed for the determination of 10 elements from sedimentary bauxite in Wenshan with fusion technique. Using scattered line as internal standard and analyzing matrix effect and classic coefficient, the method mainly focuses on ideal amount of fusion solvent for determination of aluminum oxide, silicon dioxide, ferric oxide, titanium dioxide, etc. In addition, the method simplified the analysis procedure by correcting the analytical results with determination of hydroscopic moisture and increased the cost-efficiency of ore storage determination in geological prospecting.
