近年来,承销商声誉问题受到越来越多的关注。本文在回顾承销商声誉衡量方法的基础上,对国外学者关于承销商声誉与IPO抑价、发行人质量、承销费、发行前盈余管理以及发行后承销商托市关系的文献进行了梳理,并指出了现有研究的不足和未来研究的方向。
Underwriter reputation receives more and more attention in recent years. Based on the review of underwriter reputation measurement, we summarize the relationships between underwriter reputation and IPO underpricing, quality of issuers, underwriting fee, pre-issue earning management as well as the underwriter price support after issuing. Further-more, we point out the lack of existing research and directions for future research.
