端午节赛龙舟全国皆然,江河游之,而赣南杨村的龙舟会却是在池塘内举行,业已历五百余载而不衰,成为了赣粤交界客家人的盛大节日。关于其起源历史的集体记忆形成初期并非一定基于全部的历史事实,其之所以具有生命力,是以社区精英为主导的乡民试图运用这一象征符号来验证自身行为的合法性,并通过这种合法性的获得与民族——国家发生互动。
英文摘要：
Dragon boat racing always in the river, but in the pond in YangCun of Gannan Hakka district, lasted more than five centuries, at the junction of Jiangxi and Guangdong and become a grand festival. But the collective memory of its origin is not necessa- rily based on the facts. The reason why it has vitality, is a community - oriented elite villagers tried to use this symbol to verify the le- gality of their actions, and through this to get legitimacy and national interaction occured.
