英文摘要：

The sufficient and necessary conditions of boundedness are given about the weights of a class of weighted Hardy-Steklov operators on both Lp and BMO spaces.Also,the corresponding operator norms are obtained,which provide a considerable important technical analysis in the study of predicting the future of a stock price.
