Based on the auxiliary equation method and the tanh-function method,the auxiliary equation method of triangle type for constructing the exact solution to the nonlinear evolution equation is proposed, and with the aid of the symbolic computation system Mathematica,the Jacobi elliptic function exact solutions and exact solitary solutions to Boussinesq equation and Klein-Gordon equation are constructed.
