To forecast the time management performance of HLA federation, and measure the parallelism of the federation, firstly, the Colored Interaction Petri Net was proposed, and the time management performance-forecasting model for HLA federation was built; secondly, the model was realized by Stateflow, and the model's results were used to quantificationally measure the parallelism of the federation; finally, the model was validated in acoustic counterwork simulation system. Using the performance-forecasting model the federation can improve the time management performance, by adopting the parameters and tactics that enhance the parallelism.
