制备水灰比为0.4、0.5、0.6普通硅酸盐水泥砂浆试件,通过对不同硫酸盐侵蚀龄期(28、60、90、180d)试件进行抗压抗折试验,三点弯曲试验及CONSOFT软件逆向分析和拟合,研究了硫酸盐侵蚀对砂浆强度、断裂能及其应变软化的影响。试验结果表明,试件的抗压、抗折强度随着硫酸盐侵蚀龄期的增加呈现出先快速增加后缓慢下降的趋势;三点弯曲试验中,水灰比越大,试件越早达到极限力;砂浆试件断裂能的变化趋势同其强度变化趋势保持一致,降低水灰比能改善砂浆的抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力,提高砂浆的强度及断裂能。
Ordinary Portland cement mortar specimenswith water cement ratio 0.4,0.5 and 0.6 have been prepared.Through compressive and bending test, three-point bending test and the program CONSOFTanalysison the different ages of sulfate erosion (28d, 60 d, 90 d and 180 d) for specimens,the influence of strength,fracture energy and strain softening of mortar under sulfate erosion is studied.The test re- suits show that the compressive strength and bending strength of the specimens presents a slow decline after the first rapid increaseas the age of sulfate erosion goes;the greater the water cement ratio, the earlier a limit forcein three-point bending test;The tendency of the frac- ture energy of mortar specimens is similar tothatof the intensity, reducing the water cement ratio can improve the sulfate erosion resistance and increase the strength and fracture energy of mortar.
