The pro duction part aprroval process （PPAP） is one of the supplier quality management tools of US big three auto companies, and has been used in car indurstry for a long time. Supplier＇s quality stablity has a huge impact to the purchasing enterprises, based on the author＇s work practice, this paper sets forth more detail methods and procedures for how to improve supplier＇s quality performance throught PPAP＇s wide application.
