以玉米秸秆为模板,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备FeVO4新型光催化剂,并采用XRD、FTIR、SEM和BET等手段对其物相、表面形貌和比表面积等进行分析表征。以甲基橙水溶液为光催化降解对象,考察样品在可见光作用下的光催化活性。结果表明:制备的光催化剂均为三斜型FeVO4,当以玉米秸秆为模板,550℃煅烧4h时制备的样品较好的复制了玉米秸秆的微观片状结构,在18W荧光灯下光照12h对甲基橙溶液的脱色率达80%左右,较未以模板制备的FeVO4提高34%左右。分析表明,光催化剂的形貌是其光催化活性提高的主要原因。
Using corn stalk as template, FeVO4 photocatalysts were prepared by the sol-gel method. The as-prepared samples were characterized by XRD, PTIR, SEM and BET. The photocatalytic activity under visible light was evaluated by photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange( MO ) in the solution. It was found that the samples calcinated at 550°C for 4 h had the flake structure, which is the copy of the corn stakl micro-structure and had the best photocatalytic activity. The decolorization rate of methyl orange can reach 80% or so, increased 34% than that of sample that prepared with no corn stalk template. It indicated that the sample' s morphology was the main reason of higher photocatalytic activity.
