英文摘要：

Objective：To dynamically investigate the influence of serum of rat after acupuncture and moxibustion on Ca^2＋content of cultured RBL-2H3 mast cells.Methods：Fluorecein-molecular probe Fluo-3AM was used for staining of intracellular Ca^2＋.The intracellular Ca2＋ levels in the RBL-2H3 mast cells were determined by using the Flow cytometry.Result：The acupuncture and moxibustion serum was added for 12 hours,calcium level in the mast cells was decreased.After adding the serums for 24 hours,the intracellular Ca^2＋ level was stable.Conclusion：The serum of acupuncture and moxibustion could decreased the Ca^2＋ content of RBL-2H3 mast cells.
