在当前终身教育越来越普及的形势下,社区教育的重要性越来越突出。社区教育作为非正式学习的一种补充形式,由社区大学(承担社区教育功能的开放大学或广播电视大学等)、社区教育学院(区县一级)、居民学习中心(乡镇街道一级)、居民学习点(社区、行政村一级)四级网络构成。这不仅能够为居民提供良好的学习交流平台,而且能够全面推进社区教育工作的顺利实施。本文对社区教育服务质量评价模型以及其自身相关指标进行详细分析和深入研究,提出社区教育服务质量指标体系的构建原则和构建方法。
Life -long learning is becoming increasingly popular and the significance of community education is attached greater importance in these days. As a supplement of informal learning, community education consists of a 4 -level network: community university based on open university or radio and television universities offering community education, community college on county level, residents' learning center on the town or street level and also residents' learning classroom on community level. Community education provides a platform for local residents to communicate and promote the implementation of community education in an overall way as well. This article analyses the evaluation model of the service quality and its related indicators and meanwhile, it also proposes the principles and methods of constructing the indicator system of service quality of community education.
