采用VCM滴加的方法,部分缓解了低温条件下HPVC树脂聚合时传热难的问题,并研究了VCM滴加速率对HPVC树脂性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着VCM滴加速率的增大,HPVC树脂的数均相对分子质量(Mn)降低,相对分子质量分布指数(Mw/Mn)变宽,平均粒径(D50)增大,粒径分布变宽,表观密度(BD)增加,吸油率(CPA)有所下降,单体最终的转化率下降;VCM滴加速率的减慢有利于提高HPVC树脂的热稳定性;当VCM滴加速率为10g/min时,数均相对分子质量最大,相对分子质量分布和粒径分布均一,树脂颗粒最细,表观密度最小,吸油率最大。
Iy eontrolling VCM feeding rate,this research partly eases the heat transfer problem in HPVC polymerization under low tompcrature condition.and probes into the effect of VCM feeding rate on HPVC property. Results: With the increase of VCM feeding rate, HPVC number average molecular weight(Mn) reduces, polydispersity index(Mw/Mn) increases, mean parti- cle size of HPVC increases, the particle size distribution(PSD)widens, the bulk density(BD) increases, cold plasticizer absorp-tion(CPA)and monomer conversiorl decreases. Reducing VCM feeding rate could improve HPVC thermal stability. When VCM feeding tale is 10 g/min, HPVC number average molecular weight reaches the maximum,and molecular weight distributions and particle size distribution are even,with the thinnest particle,smallest bulk density,and largest oil absorptionrate.
