针对通信安全设备的功能和工作环境的特殊性,在分析了传统ADC模型并对其改进的基础上,构建了通信安全设备的效能评估指标体系,对改进后的ADC模型中每个因素的确定给出了详细的分析方法,实现了对通信安全设备的定量评估,实例分析结果验证了方法的有效性,为系统的设计、研制、评价提供了依据。
英文摘要：
According to the function and working circumstance of the communications security equipment,an improved ADC model is presented,and then a system of communications security equipment effectiveness analysis target is established,further more,detailed analytic methods for each factor in the improved ADC model is presented,on the basis of this,the quantitative evaluation of effectiveness of communications security equipment is realized.The results validate the feasibility and practicability of the proposed method which can be applied for practical work and provides a gist for the design,manufacture and estimation.
