文章探讨了稀土催化剂对城市生活垃圾热解制氢的影响。主要研究了在不同温度下稀土催化剂对生活垃圾热解制氢的影响规律以及稀土催化剂催化条件下对生活垃圾热解产气。产氢的改善效果。实验结果表明,在750-900℃范围内,使用稀土催化剂催化热解.产气量和氢气含量明显提升,但在800℃以上的温度区间有失活迹象,在800℃时,产氢量达到最大,此时产气量为0.82L/g,氢气含量为31.8%。相对于不使用催化剂的热解过程,稀土催化剂对垃圾热解的产气量和氢气含量均有明显提升,尤其在800℃以下催化剂不失活的条件下,催化产氢效果改善显著。
The influence of rare-earth catalyst on hydrogen production from municipal solid waste(MSW)during pyrolysis were discussed in the paper. The study for the influence rule of rare-earth catalyst on hydrogen production from MSW under different furnace temperature and the effect of rare-earth catalyst for hydrogen production were carried out. The result showed that the gas production and the hydrogen rate both increased while the temperature gone up (in the range of 7504900 ℃ ). But when the temperature above 800 ℃, rare-earth catalyst had signs of inactivation, hydrogen production reached the best at the temperature 800 ℃, in which temperature the gas production was 0.82 L/g, the hydrogen rate was 31.8 %. Compared with the non-use of catalyst pyrolysis process, the gas production and the hydrogen rate both made a enhancement in the catalytic pyrolysis process of MSW. Especially when rare-earth catalyst was not inactive.
