尾矿坝浸润线过高是金属矿山企业面临的一大安全隐患,在尾矿坝建立辐射井是降低坝体浸润线的有效手段,渗流浸润线的确定与排渗量的计算是尾矿坝辐射井设计和布设需要解决的关键问题。分析了现场实测浸润线数据,发现尾矿坝辐射井作用下的降水曲线有如下特征:辐射管长度范围内浸润线形状为下凹的指数函数曲线;辐射管长度范围外浸润线形状为上凸的对数函数曲线。推导了尾矿坝辐射井的降水曲线模型和排渗量模型,对比模型计算数据和现场实测数据并进行误差分析,计算结果显示:该模型中浸润线、排渗量的计算值与现场实测数据较为接近,可用于辐射井浸润线位置和排渗量的预测。
The high saturation line is a potential safety hazard for metal mines. Establishing radiation well is an effectivemethod for decreasing the saturation line in tailings dam. The determination of saturation line location and the calculation ofdrainage amount are key problems when building radiation well in tailings dam. After analyzing the field saturation line data,the characteristics of saturation line under the effect of radiation well were summarized as followsWithin the range of radianttube, the curve of saturation line is an exponential function with an inside cave. Beyond the range of radiant tube, the curve ofsaturation line is a logarithmic function with an outside cave. The model of saturation line and the seepage model at radiationwell were deduced. The comparison between the field test and theoretical data is made and the error is analyzed. It is shownthat the calculated values of saturation line and drainage amount by the model agreed well with the measured. This model canbe used to predict the position of saturation line and the water drainage amount.
