Through the SWOT analysis of recreational agriculture and rural tourism in Henan, the advantages and some problems are pointed out, the purpose is to provide with theoretical and practical experience to promote the Henan economic. The development of recreational agriculture and rural tourism in Henan should take the sustainable way, meanwhile the government should not only make the rational resources planning and reasonable marketing plan-ning, but also enrich the rural tourism products and increase farmers＇ participation.
