针对新桥硫铁矿上向水平分层江砂胶结充填采矿法存在的问题,优化了采矿方法,科学地设计了胶结充填体强度,在试验基础上,优化了充填材料及配合比。得出了满足安全生产条件的充填体强度:矿柱充填体单轴抗压强度为2.1MPa,矿房浇面充填体σ14=1.0MPa,σ28=3.0MPa;达到了最佳充填材料配比:矿柱和矿房浇面的充填体灰沙比分别为1:7和1:5。研究成果已在新桥硫铁矿推广应用,效果良好.
In view of the problems existing in the flat-backcut-and-fill stoping method used in Xinqiao Mining Co. , the mining method was optimized and the strength of cemented filling bodies designed in a scientific way. On the basis of experiment, the filling materials and the proportioning ratio were optimized, As a result, the strength of the fill mass that can meet the requirements of safety production was achieved, that is, the uniaxial compressive strength of pillar fill mass is 2.1MPa and the strength of the room pouring platform , σ14 = 1.0 MPa and σ28 = 3.0 MPa. The best proportioning of filling materials was also reached, with the cement sand ratio for pillar and room filling being 1:7 and 1:5 respectively. The research achievement has been widely applied in Xinqiao Mining Co. with good results.
