基于非线性永磁体分布参数建模方法,建立了某型号极化继电器的解析计算模型,推导了吸力矩的求解方法,确定了永磁体分段中的分界面,计算了衔铁与轭铁间的漏磁导,归算出衔铁处于不同位置处的电磁吸力。通过将计算结果与有限元方法进行对比,验证了该模型的正确性和有效性。
Based on the distribution parameter model of nonlinear permanent magnet (NPM) , the analytical model of NPM polarized relay was built. The subsection divided interface of NPM was analyzed and the leakage magnetic permeability between armature and yoke was calculated. The electromagnetic force was calculated under different rotation angle. The results were eompared with that of the finite element method, which verifies the correctness and effectiveness of thte model.
