采用激光共聚焦显微镜分析钢渣的微观结构,利用氢氧化钾-蔗糖溶液萃取钢渣中间相和水杨酸溶液萃取钢渣硅酸盐相的方法测定钢渣的矿物组成,并且评价了钢渣粉的活性指数和安定性。结果表明:滚筒渣中C3S和C2S结晶较为完整,热泼渣和热闷渣结晶不均匀,晶粒较小;热闷渣中硅酸盐相所占的比例最小,滚筒渣和热泼渣中硅酸盐相(含CaO)占水泥熟料的20%~30%;掺30%钢渣粉的水泥浆体试件安定性是合格的,且钢渣粉均能满足GB/T 2847—2005对混合材的活性要求。
Microstructures of steel slags were analyzed by laser scanning confocal microscopy ,mineral compositions were determined by potassium hydroxide-sucrose solution extracting mesophase from steel slag and salicy acid methanol solution extracting silicate phase from steel slag,also the activity index and soundness of steel slags.The results show that C 3S and C2S in rotate cylinder slag had more com-pletely crystallization than hot splashing slag and hot closed pot slag.The proportion of silicate phase(including CaO)in hot closed pot slag was the least than cylinder slag and hot splashing slag which had 20%~30%Portland cement phases.Steel slag powders as admixture met the requirement of GB/T 2847—2005 and the species of cement pastes incorporated with 30%steel slag powders were soundness.
