金红石是生产高档电焊条的必备原料之一,也是制备钛自和海绵钛的重要原料,金红石的质量直接影响了产品的质量,对工业生产具有重要的意义。综述了含钛矿石中钛的提纯和除杂制得高品位金红石的转变条件,重点阐述了改性剂添加、磷酸活化、亚熔盐法和微波法对高品位人造金红石转变的影响和作用机理。结果表明:改性剂的添加可以破坏含钛多元复杂相,溶出杂质,提高金红石的品位,部分的改性剂可以降低钛渣焙烧的温度。磷酸活化、亚熔盐法和微波法在一定的工艺条件下均可有效地提高二氧化钛的品位。钛渣改性后可以破坏矿中的多元复杂相,得到高品位的金红石。
Summarized the transformation conditions to obtain the high grade rutile in the ore containing titanium is purification and removing impurity of titanium. Mainly studied modifier to add, phosphoric acid activation, the molten salt method and microwave method for high grade artificial futile transformation and the influence of the mechanism. Results show that adding modifier can destory multiple complex phase containing titanium, dissolving impurities, improve the ruffle grade, part of the modifying agent can reduce the temperature of the ti- tanium slag roasting. Phosphoric acid activation, and molten salt method and microwave method under the condition of a certain technology can effectively improve the grade of titanium dioxide.
