基于可变气门机构的内部废气重压缩策略为HCCI燃烧模式的实现提供了有效的手段,但是对HCCI燃烧过程的控制也受到了很多限制,缺乏灵活性。引入外部废气再循环,利用外部废气对HCCI燃烧过程中缸内充量温度和成分的影响,可以有效地控制缸内的温度条件和热力过程,进而使发动机的燃烧过程得到优化。在确定的工况下,通过优化发动机的燃烧过程,可以降低发动机的机械负荷,减少燃油消耗率,并使HC和NOx排放得到改善。
HCCI combustion can be achieved effectively through exhaust gas re-compression when using variable valve actuation system. However, this also makes certain restriction to control the combustion process and lacks flexibility. By introducing the external EGR and its influence on cylinder charge temperature and compositions of HCCI combustion process, the temperature and thermal process can be effectively controlled, leading to the optimization of combustion process. For a given operation point, optimization of combustion process can decrease the mechanical load and fuel consumption. Meanwhile, HC and NOx emissions can be decreased.
