Professor MA puts forward that the main pathogenesis of children＇s neural diseases is deficiency in origin and excessive in superficiality and qi-movement disturbance. Deficiency in origin refers to deficiency in kidney essence and constant deficiency in spleen, and excessive in superficiality refers to wind, phlegm, and blood stasis. Based on the pathogenesis, professor MA puts forward some basic therapies such as invigorating kidney qi and replenishing kidney essence, strengthening spleen and suppressing hyperactive liver, eliminating phlegm for calming endogenous wind, and promoting blood circulation for removing obstruction in collaterals, also, he has developed 3 Chinese patent medicines as Xifeng Capsules, Kangxian Capsules, and Rongchang Capsules.
