Using normative analysis and case analysis together,beginning with the main contradictions of value-based management of innovation enterprise,the paper put forward some value-based management patterns.The research shows that the main value management contradictions of innovation enterprise are innovation power and core rigidity.ESOP,profit sharing,innovation strategic alliance,lead users and process outsourcing et al can reduce the contradictions and improve the competitiveness of innovation enterprise.
