With response time as the QoS parameter, a Web service oriented QoS differentiation method was introduced. Response time of all service levels was forecasted first and then the time was used to do admission control. When the requested operation enters execution state, a dynamic concurrency control was used to ensure the execution time. A prototype was implemented based on the SOAP engine of ONCE platform SOAPExpress. Experiments show that this method is effective to provide differentiated services.
