应变硬化水泥基复合材料(SHCC)是近年发展起来的一种新型材料,材料中加入的PVA增强纤维可以约束裂缝的发展,具有很好的抗裂能力。通过毛细吸水试验,研究了SHCC试件成型面和底面的毛细吸水量及其吸水系数,以及内掺硅烷乳液和硅烷粉末后SHCC材料的吸水性能。结果表明,SHCC试件内掺硅烷乳液和硅烷粉末后能够一定程度上抑制水分向SHCC材料中的侵入,硅烷乳液的防水效果优于硅烷粉末。
Strain Hardening Cementitious Composite(SHCC) is a new material recently developed. Since the added PVA fiber can reduce crack formation in cement-based materials,SHCC materials have high crack resistance. Through capillary suction test, the capillary suction amount and water absorption coefficient of the SHCC sample forming surface and bottom surface has been investigated. In addition,the water absorption of modified SHCC with addition of silane emulsion and silane powder was also tested. The results indicate that the addition of silanc,to a certain degree,restrained water from penetration into SHCC material. And the waterproof effect of silane emulsion is better than that of the silane powder.
