本文以《2009中国风能产业国际竞争态势研究报告》的形成过程为例,展示了公益类科技情报机构提供产业竞争情报产品的方法。产品形成过程体现了面向我国本土风电装备企业提升竞争优势的需要,开展竞争对手、竞争环境的信息收集和研究的竞争情报思想,综合使用了文献资料研究、到代表性公益类科技情报机构调研、到产业终端产品工作场所调研、到产业集聚区将代表性企业集中起来召开座谈会并实地调研、召开情报学专家参加的专题咨询会、向产业界专家咨询等方法。该报告的核心内容主要包括三部分:一是中国风电装备市场国内外竞争者演变与展望,二是中国风电装备市场最重要的5家国外企业研究,三是国外风电装备整机企业在中国市场的竞争力量化评估。
Base on the methodology of competitive intelligence on competitors analysis and competitive situation study, this paper shows the methods and procedures of providing industrial competitive intelligence product as a free public product by nonprofit scientific & technical information institution taking case of report on international competitive situation of wind power industry of China: studies on foreign competitors in wind turbine group manufacture market of China as a example. The methods and procedures include basic documents and information research, interviewing with competitive intelligence professionals of leading nonprofit scientific & technical information institute, investigation in workplace of industrial terminal product, holding symposium with representatives of leading corporations of every sector of industry in industrial park, holding seminar with informatics experts, consulting industrial experts etc., The major contents of the report include three parts: the first is about the development and outlook of domestic and foreign players in wind turbine manufacture market of China; the second is about study on top5 leading foreign players in wind turbine manufacture market of China: Vestas, Gamesa, GE Wind, Suzlon and Nordex; the third is about evaluation of competitiveness with index system for top5 in Chinese market.
