目的:建立半夏药材水溶性成分的高效液相(HPLC)指纹图谱。方法:采用ZORBAXSB-C18色谱柱,甲醇-0.01%醋酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长286nm,建立了半夏药材水溶性成分的HPLC指纹图谱。结果:在选定的色谱条件下确定9个峰构成半夏药材的指纹特征,各批次药材均有上述特征,但特征峰的相对含量存在一定差异,各批药材指纹图谱相似度与其产地和采收时间有关。结论:该方法有良好精密度和重现性,可用于半夏药材及其制剂的质量控制。
Objective:To establish the chromatographic fingerprint ofwater soluble component ofPinellia ternata(Thunb.) Breit.by using HPLC.Methods:The sample was separated on a ZORBAX SB-C18 column(5μm, 250mm×4.6mm i.d., Agilent, USA) with a methanol-0.01% HAc gradient mobile system.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, and the detecting wavelength was set at 286 nm.Results:All samples tested contained the same nine peaks, but the content ofeach peak showed great difference among the samples.The similarity was correlated with the habitat and the harvest time ofthe herb.Conclusion:This method shows high precision, good repeatability and all ofthe contents are separated well, so it can be used as the means to assess the quality ofPinellia ternata(Thunb.) Breit.and its praeparatum.
