本文针对传统超市选址缺乏科学和直观性的缺点,结合超市选址相关因素的自身情况,提出了G IS和灰色评价相结合改进超市选址的新模型,本文对该模型进行了具体建模和编程实现,并以该模型为基础开发了超市选址系统,最后利用该系统对赣州市某选址项目进行了实践,表明该选址模型能够提高选址效率和选址准确性,为超市选址提供了一种新的方法,具有广泛的应用推广价值。
Against the shortcomings of lacking being scientific and intuitive for the traditional supermarket location selecting,combined with supermarket-location-selecting-related factors,this paper put forward a new model which combines with GIS and Gray-evaluation for optimizing the supermarket location.This paper offered a specific procedure of modeling and implements the model by programming,and,based on this model,developed a supermarket-location-selecting system.Eventually,it put the system into practice in Ganzhou,which indicated that the model could improve the efficiency and accuracy of the location selecting.The result also indicated that the model was of great significance in practice.
