钧红及其他铜红釉以其釉色鲜艳红亮而备受人们的喜爱,但铜红釉烧成过程中,对气氛温度等因素极其敏感,从而使釉色易于色变而失却美观。本研究以生料石灰碱釉为基础配方,采用三角配料法,以石英,长石,方解石为变量,研究了组成、烧成制度对铜红釉呈色效果的影响;分析了铜蓝,铜蓝紫及其暗灰釉的形成原因,得出了铜红釉、铜蓝釉的最佳配方;探讨了组成、烧成制度对釉面变色的影响,获得了最佳铜红釉组成与工艺控制条件。通过研究得出,硅和钙的含量对铜红釉的着色有显著影响,硅钙比越小,硅铝比越小,越易形成铜红色;硅铝比越大,釉面易发灰、发黑;硅铝比和硅钙比适中时,形成铜蓝釉和蓝紫釉。
Red Jun glaze and other copper red glaze with its brilliantly colorful glaze got a favorite of people.Atmosphere and temperature is sensitive factors in the sintering process, which makes the glaze color is easy to change or to lose countenance. This study based on raw lime alkali glaze, using triangle batching method with quartz,feldspar, calcite as variable. The effect of composition, firing system on the copper red glaze are studied, the reasons for the formation of copper blue glaze,blue purple glaze and dark grey glaze are analyzed,and found out the best formula composition of copper red glaze, copper blue glaze. Meanwhile, the influence of composition, sintering system on the glaze color was investigated. The optimal copper red glaze composition and process control conditions have been obtained by experiments. The results showed that the copper red glaze coloring is affected by the content of silicon and calcium, the smaller silica alumina and silicon calcium ratio, and the easy to form the copper red glaze. On otherwise, Glaze used grey black.
