英文摘要：

This paper explored the relationship among network structure, exploitative/exploratory innovation and innovation perform- ance. It also examined the moderating effect of family control in the relationship between political network and exploitative/exploratory innovation by using the data of family firms in Zhejiang and Chongqing, The results show as follows ： Network centrality, political net- work intensity positively impact exploitative/exploratory innovation; network density positively impacts exploratory innovation; firm net- work intensity positively impacts exploitative innovation; family control negatively moderates the relationship between political network intensity and exploitative/exploratory innovation, and the higher effect of family control on the relationship between political network in- tensity and exploitative/exploratory innovation at low degree of market area; exploitative/exploratory innovation completely mediates the relationship between network centrality, political network intensity and innovation performance.
