在注射成型中,模具型芯、型腔的变形会影响塑件的尺寸精度,但现有的注射成型CAE软件都没有考虑模具的变形,在简化注射模结构的基础上,建立了受力模型,并实现了注射成型CAE软件与结构分析软件的集成。即将注射成型CAE充模分析所得的熔体压力场导入ANSYS,作为模具型芯、型腔的载荷,计算模具的变形量,试验验证了该方法的可行性和正确性。
In the injection molding,the mould deformation affects the final dimensional precision of molded parts.However,the existing CAE technology of injection molding does not take the mould deformation into account.In this study,a simplified mechanical model of injection mould was first proposed,and then a structure analysis system integrated with CAE software for injection molding was developed.In our simulation,the pressure fields of polymer melt,which is obtained from CAE software HSCAE for the filling analysis of injection molding,are imported as external boundary loads into structure analysis software ANSYS for deformation analysis.Experiments were performed to verify the proposed numerical simulation approach.The results show that the deformation of the mould cavity can be used as an effective supplement to the warpage resulting from the injection molding process simulation that will improve the accuracy of the CAE software.
