基于310名员工问卷调查所得的数据,实证研究了知识型员工的心理授权对雇佣关系与服务创新关系的中介作用。实证结果表明:一是互相投资型雇佣关系对服务创新行为有直接正向影响,投资不足型、投资过度型雇佣关系对服务创新行为有负向影响;二是互相投资型雇佣关系对知识型员工心理授权有正向影响,投资不足型、投资过度型雇佣关系对心理授权的部分维度有负向影响;三是投资不足型、投资过度型雇佣关系通过不同的心理授权维度影响员工服务创新行为。
This paper,based on the questionnaire survey, collects among the 310 employees, analysis the mediating role of psychological empowerment between employment relationship and service innovation. The result shows tfiat : first, the mutual investment employment relationship positively impacts on knowledge workers' service innovation behavior and psychological empowerment directly, while the underinvestment employment relationship as well as the overinvestment employment relation-ship negatively impact on knowledge workers ' service innovation behavior; second, the mutual investment employment rela-tionship positively impacts on knowledge workers' psychological empowerment, while the underinvestment employment rela-tionship as well as the overinvestment employment relationship negatively impacts on parts of psychological empowerment di-mensions ; third, the psychological empowerment partially mediates the relationship between the underinvestment employment relationship as well as the overinvestment employment relationship and the service innovation behavior.
