新形势下高职院校学前教育专业人才培养模式亟待调整,高职院校学前教育专业的人才培养模式势必需要通过重新定位人才培养目标、改革课程结构设置、调整课程实施方法、完善课程评价体、优化师资队伍系等方面进行重新调整;并在此基础上,培养出专业理念与师德高尚、专业知识较为扎实、专业实践能力过硬的幼儿教师。
Based on the policy of "Kindergarten Teacher Professional Standard" and "Teacher Cultiva- tion Curriculum Standard", this paper attempts to reconstruct a new personnel cultivation mode of pre- school education majors in higher vocational college in the aspects of the cultivation objective, the curricu- lum provision, the cultivation of practical ability, the assessment of curriculum teaching and learning and the construction of leadership and so on.
