目的探讨大鼠关节软骨酸敏感离子通道（ASICs）的表达及其意义。方法利用RT-PCR和Western blot检测ASICs在大鼠关节软骨的表达。结果大鼠关节软骨存在ASIC1a、ASIC2a和ASIC3 mRNA及其蛋白的表达。结论ASICs在大鼠关节软骨组织的表达,其有望成为关节炎治疗的新靶点。
英文摘要：
Objective To study the expression of ASICs in rat articular cartilage and its significance. Methods RT-PCR and Immunoblotting analyses were used to detect ASICs in rat articular cartilage. Results RT-PCR analysis showed that ASIC1 a, ASIC2a and ASIC3 mRNAs were present in the tissue of articular cartilage total RNA extract ,and the corresponding protein could detect its expression. Conclusion The ASICs express in rat articular cartilage, which will be regarded as the new target of arthritis therapy.
