针对目前大多显微图像边缘识别算法的边缘精确识别精度低等问题,提出一种基于工艺匹配思想的微小型结构件边缘识别算法。对不同工艺微小型结构件显微图像进行分析,通过提取不同加工工艺微小型结构件的边缘过渡区,建立边缘过渡区的数学模型,从数学模型中确定边缘点精确位置。建立基于显微视觉检测的边缘图像分形评价模型,分析同类工艺方法边缘图像的相似程度,并以实例进行实验验证。实验结果表明:该方法具有普遍适用性,且边缘检测精度高,能进一步满足精密测量的需要。
Aiming at the low recognition accuracy rate of micro image edge detection, a new edge detection method of micro image accessory based on processing matching was proposed. Analyze different micro images of micro accessories, picked up an edge transition zone, establish the math model for edge transition zone, confirm the edge point position based on math model. Establish the edge image fractal evaluation model based on microscope measurement, and analyze the similarity of same micro-machining model and test it by example. The test result shows that the new edge detection can reach the high precision, which can meet the precision measurement requirement.
