模块化定制下竞争优先权与制造绩效关系研究

模块化定制的生产方式可以同时实现用户的个性化和大规模生产,因此正在逐步成为信息时代企业的重要生产模式之一。模块化定制能够增强企业赢得订单的能力,即竞争优先权。那么,在模块化定制下,制造企业需要关注什么竞争优先权,这些竞争优先权选择对制造绩效的影响如何就成为一个值得研究的问题。本文在模块化定制的背景下,通过对模块化定制与竞争优先权理论的分析,提出模块化定制下竞争优先权与制造绩效之问关系的理论假设。然后,以国际制造战略调查数据库(IMSS)为基础,运用因子分析将模块化定制下竞争优先权分为创新、质量、柔性、交货和成本要素五类,将制造绩效分为时间、柔性、财务和质量要素四类,并在此基础上建立结构方程研究竞争优先权与制造绩效之间的关系。通过运用AMOS7.0软件对建立的结构方程模型进行拟和,将模块化定制下竞争优先权与制造绩效之间关系分为相关但是不是显著、中度正相关、高度正相关三类。研究结果表明:在模块化定制下,竞争优先权与制造绩效各因子之间存在着正相关的关系,但是在统计显著性上有所不同。该研究结果对于模块化定制企业加强对竞争优先权要素的重视,提高相应的制造绩效具有理论和实践的参考价值。

英文摘要:

The production mode of modular customization can achieve user' s personalization and mass production at the same time, therefore it has gradually become one of the important production modes in the information age. Modular customization can enhance order-winner ability for enterprises, that is competitive priorities. Thus manufacturing enterprises need to pay attention to what kind of competitive priority, and its impact on manufacturing performance has become an important resaereh. Through analysis of the modular customization theory and the competitive priorities theory, this paper proposes the theory hypothesis of relationship between competitive priorities and manufacturing performance in the modular customization. Then, based on International Manufacturing Strategy Survey(IMSS) database, competitive priorities are divided into innovation, quality, flexibility, delivery and cost five elements, and manufacturing performances are divided into time, flexibility, financial and quality in modular customization by using factor analysis, and then on the basis of these results this paper establishes Structural Equation Model (SEM) to research relationship between the competitive priorities and the manufacturing performance in the modular customization. The established Structural Equation Model (SEM) is simulated by AMOS7.0 software, and then it divides the relationship between competitive priorities and manufacturing performance in the modular customization into relevant but not significant, moderate positive correlation and high positive correlation. The results indicate that: there is a positive correlation between competitive priorities and manufacturing performance in the modular customization, The results are of both theoretical and practical value for but they are different in significant effect in statistics. modular customization enterprises to pay more attention to competitive priorities, and then improve their corresponding manufacturing performance.
