选用位于甘蓝9个连锁群的91对SSR引物,对8个结球甘蓝品种和7个大白菜品种进行PCR扩增,筛选出25对结球甘蓝相对大白菜的特异SSR引物,涉及甘蓝的9个连锁群,其中位于O1连锁群3对,O2连锁群4对,O3连锁群2对,O4连锁群3对,O5连锁群2对,O6连锁群2对,O7连锁群4对,O8连锁群2对,O9连锁群3对。为利用SSR标记鉴定大白菜—结球甘蓝异附加系中附加的结球甘蓝染色体奠定了基础。
Ninety-one primers from 9 cabbage linkage groups were amplified on 8 cabbage cultivars and 7 Chinese cabbage cultivars, 25 of them were specific on cabbage compared with Chinese cabbage. These primers assigned 9 linkage groups of cabbage, 3 of them were assigned linkage group O1, 4 of them were assigned linkage group 02, 2 of them were assigned linkage group 03, 3 of them were assigned linkage group 04, 2 of them were assigned linkage group 05, 2 of them were assigned linkage group 06, 4 of them were assigned linkage group 07, 2 of them were assigned linkage group 08, and 3 of them were assigned linkage group 09. It laid a foundation to further identify the introduced chromosome of cabbage in Chinese cabbage alien addition lines.
