采用两步法合成了一系列以羟基硅油(HPMS)/聚醚二醇(PTMG)为软段,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为硬段(TMP为交联剂,MDEA为扩联剂)的自乳化双软段水基聚氨酯微乳液。从红外谱图、DSC和物理力学性能等对阳离子型HPMS/HJ微乳液进行了表征和分析,结果表明,HPMS导致PU出现两个玻璃化转变温度,而且HPMS的加入增加了膜的憎水性。此外还研究了其在皮革涂饰中的应用,HPMS—PU乳液稳定性好,用作皮革涂饰剂,可使革的光泽手感以及机械强度都有所提高,涂层耐干湿擦性能良好,因此HPMS—PU乳液适宜做顶层涂饰剂。
A series of hydroxyl terminated organo-silicone (HPMS) based polyurethanet, (PU) micro emulsion were successfully prepared by surfactant-free copolymerization. They were prepared by reacting isophorone isocyanate(IPDI), poly(tetramethylene glycol)(PTMG) and hydroxyl terminated organo-silicone (HPMS) with N-methyldiethanolamine (MDEA) as chain extender and trimethylol propane (TMP) as crosslinker. Characterization and analysis of cationic HPMS/PU emulsion were done including FT-IR, DSC methods and physics mechanical performance. There were two glass transition temperature because of HPMS, and the hydrophobicity of film was influenced. To study on the application of emulsion in leather coating, as a result, the stability of emulsion was perfect. Regard as coating agent will make the polish and mechanical properties of leather rising and improves the properties of dry/wet rub. So HPMS/PU is good for bottom coating agent.
