建立了一种亲水有机溶剂(乙醇、正丙醇、四氢呋喃等)气浮浮选(双水相气浮浮选)分离/富集光度法测定污水中痕量四环素(TC)的新型绿色高效分析方法。利用自制的浮选装置,选择四氢呋喃作溶剂、氯化钠作分相剂、NaOH溶液调节酸度,将Ni(Ⅱ)与TC形成的疏水性缔合物浮选至有机相,浮选完毕后经分光光度法分析。该方法的线性范围为2.2×10^-7~7.9×10^-5mol/L,检出限为3.47×10^-8mol/L,回收率为99.59%~100.0%,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.763×10^5L/(mol·cm),适用于污水中痕量四环素的分离/富集及分析测定。
A novel and green method for separating and enriching trace tetracycline (TC) in sewage by aqueous two-phase gas floatation spectrophotometry was established. The hydrophobic complex composed of Ni ( Ⅱ ) and TC was floated into organic phase by using the home-made floatation equipment, tetrahydrofuran as organic solvent, sodium chloride as separating phase reagent and NaOH solution for regulating acidity. The linear range is 2.2 × 10^-7 to 7.9 × 10^-5 mol/L, the limit of detection is 3.47 × 10^-8 mol/L, the relative recovery is 99.59% to 100% and the apparent molar absorption coefficient is 1. 763 × 10^5 L/( mol · cm). The method is applicable to analyze the trace TC in swage.
