This paper reviewed the progress and existing problems of comprehensively recovering valuable metals from tin mine tailings,and summarized the characteristics and the reasons for difficulty of re-concentration of the said resource.On the basis of the existing researches at home and abroad,the corresponding suggestions on comprehensive recovery of valuable metals from tin tailings under new present situation were proposed for reference,including the key problems to be solved and the focus of future research and so on.
