Network course performs interaction function in new media environment in the teaching application process of post-harvest bioteehnology of fruits and vegetables, achieving good teaching effects on improving students learning interest and efficiency. In this paper, it comprehended the content and feature of post-harvest biotechnology of fruits and vegetables network course, summarized the experiences of network teaching effect, and was in favor of summarizing the teaching experiences for further improving teaching skills.
