This paper summarized a case of pancreatic cancer with complicated acute pulmonary embolism （ APE ） , and summarized the nursing experience of using thrombolysis, anticoagulation and interventional treatment to treat APE successfully. Nursing key points included first-aid and nursing of acute lung infarction, thrombolysis of pulmonary infarction, interventional anticoagulation of nursing and psychological nursing. The patient was treated successfully and had been discharged from hospital.
