The textile and clothing export market in China has grown rapidly since the post-quotas times. However, there have appeared a number of embarrassing problems that can be attributed to the disorder of the textile and clothing export market. Based on the review of theories to market order, and the study of the current situation of the textile and clothing export market in post-quotas times, both the order and disorder of the market, this research carries on the risk and analysis, separately from the subject order, the object order and the transaction order.
