In order to meet the competition,it is necessary to establish power marketing analysis system to evaluate marketing performance.The application of factor method in marketing analysis of hydropower enterprises was studied and a marketing performance factor tree was built after considering enterprises characteristics.Based on the study,a information system for power marketing analysis can be established to support the power sale.
