毛坯尺寸选择是切削参数确定的前提和基础,合理确定毛坯尺寸是机械加工过程中极为重要和关键的一环。为实现毛坯尺寸的优化选择,建立了面向能量优化的毛坯尺寸决策模型。该模型以加工过程能量消耗最少为目标,以被吃刀量、切削速度和进给量为优化变量。并使用一维搜索算法与标准遗传算法的混合算法对模型进行验证,算例结果表明该方法可以有效选择毛坯尺寸,并对优化结果进行分析。
Blank dimension selection is the premise and foundation of cutting parameters, reasonable blank dimension is very important in the process of machining and a key ring. In order to achieve the optimal selection of blank dimensions, a decision model is established based on energy consumption optimization. Energy consumption as the model goal, cutting depth, feed rate, and cutting speed are optimization variables. Used one dimensional search algorithm and standard genetic algorithm of hybrid algorithm to verify this model, the numerical example results show that the proposed method can effectively select blank dimensions, and the optimization results are analyzed.
