针对南方某城市垃圾渗滤液含高浓度难降解有机物的特点,采用ABR/MBR/纳滤膜多级组合工艺进行处理,设计规模为300m3/d。运行结果表明,该工艺运行稳定,处理效果好,出水COD、BOD5、NH3-N分别为(30~60)、(10—20)、(1—10)mg/L,各项水质指标均达到甚至优于《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB16889--2008)表2的排放限值。
The combined process of ABR, MBR and NF was used for treatment of the urban land- fill leachate with high-concentration persistent organic pollutants in a southern city. The design capacity of the treatment project was 300 m3/d. The operation result showed that the combined process had stable operation and good treatment efficiency. The effluent concentrations of COD, BOD5 and NH+4 - N were 30 to 60 mg/L, 10 to 20 mg/L and 1 to 10 mg/L respectively. The effluent quality could meet and even surpass the discharge concentration limits in the table 2 of the Standard for Pollution Control on the Land- fill Site for Domestic Waste ( GB 16889 - 200g).
